Shipping policy

We only ship to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) for the prices state on this website.  If you have any other requirements (e.g. Isle of Wight, Mull etc) please mail penny@felthamsfarm.com 

If we receive your order before 3pm we will aim to ship it the next day to arrive the day after.  Sometime we sell out of our cheese, and if that's the case you may have to wait a few more days.  

We never ship cheese on a Friday because Royal Mail deliveries over the weekend are too tenuous.  So your cheese will usually be shipped between Tuesday and Thursday.  

Sometimes we use DHL for deliveries of parcels which are heavier than standard - we only charge you for Royal Mail next day (£5 essentially).  However, DHL is trickier in some parts of the country (Cornwall) and drivers have been known to throw parcels over hedges etc.  In our experience the Royal Mail never does this.  

Around Christmas it gets really busy here.  If you order cheese we will ship it as above UNLESS you mail us (penny@felthamsfarm.com ) to let us know the actual date you would  like it delivered, subject to the above.  

We are always happy to write messages to third parties on your Hamper card, so again, please mail those to us, or include in the order form.  We won't include an invoice on this basis if you do.
