Refund policy

If there's anything you don't like about your award winning organic cheese from us, please mail us immediately the batch number on the back, and a picture of the cheese.  We always aim to have satisfied customers, however be aware that our cheese is quite specialist.  It will sometimes have wild blue cultures on it, or on the Epoisse colour range from peachy pink to deep orange.  All of which is acceptable, and part of the specification.   We've had customers complain about "mouldy cheese" that they have thrown away, and then expect a refund.   So please be aware that without a batch code and image we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of cheese.  If in doubt please ask us, and also do consider the not for profit Academy of Cheese's Level 1 Cheese Course which provides an introduction to cheese and how it should taste.  Their flavour wheel is brilliant and will open your mind to new tastes and experiences - which is definitely part of why we make cheese....
